Remote Support

We try to offer help via live chat on this forum, or via messaging system on our Facebook fanpage when you have issues with our bots. Occasionally, messaging system is not efficient enough to resolve the issue.

We also offer remote support via remote desktop control software. In this case, YOU may ALLOW us to control your desktop remotely, under YOUR SUPERVISION, to fix the issues. We do it in front of you, not being shady. We applied this method in other games support, and we can fix the issue most of the time.
